Purpose of the Role
Support the Operations department in the digitalization and automation of business processes by developing solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform and AI agents, with the objective of improving operational efficiency, process control, and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
-
Analyze operational processes (logistics, production, and procurement) to identify automation opportunities.

Develop and manage workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

Design and implement operational applications through Microsoft Power Apps.
-
Create, maintain, and optimize AI agents and Microsoft Copilot solutions to support decision-making processes and corporate knowledge management.

Structure and manage lightweight databases on SharePoint and Microsoft Dataverse to support business operations.

Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and normalization (e.g., from DB2 databases).
- Provide support and training to Operations users in the effective use of digital tools and automated solutions.
Professional Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
