Role Purpose

The resource will be responsible for developing and strengthening business in the assigned area, managing key accounts and promoting Linea Light’s lighting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong aptitude for sales and commercial promotion
  • High level of determination and perseverance in achieving assigned sales targets
  • Manage and develop the client portfolio in the Lazio area
  • Identify new business opportunities in the lighting sector
  • Develop market presence through client visits and local networking
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients
  • Support clients during technical consultancy phases and in defining lighting projects
  • Collaborate with the internal technical team and sales back office
  • Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and revenue performance
  • Attend trade fairs, events, and industry-related initiatives
  • Ensure proper brand positioning within the territory

Requirements

  • At least 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales roles
  • Preferably from the lighting sector, with experience gained in a specialized manufacturing company
  • Excellent knowledge of the Lazio area and local professional network
  • Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and strategic clients
  • Strong results-oriented mindset and organizational autonomy
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in Office 365
  • Willingness to travel frequently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in promoting and selling to design and architecture firms or other specifiers
  • Knowledge of LED products and technical/decorative lighting solutions
  • Technical background or education in architecture, design, electrical engineering, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of the English language

Professional skills
