Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Manages the real estate portfolio (contract management, resolution of issues related to systems, property efficiency improvements, maintenance management)
  • Manages relationships with tenants and actively participates in negotiation phases for new leases, transfers, assignments, amendments, etc.
  • Plans both capital expenditures (capex) and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities
  • Monitors property conditions in terms of tenant relations and maintenance status (ordinary and extraordinary), also coordinating necessary activities and works
  • Participates in investment and divestment operations for specific projects involving redevelopment of entire properties/new constructions, acting as point of contact with professionals or companies
  • Verifies cadastral data, floor plans, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with current regulations
  • Collaborates with public offices to obtain information, documents, and technical records and/or to submit applications and requests
  • Conducts site inspections, participates in meetings on behalf of the property, with availability for travel
